Better Days (feat. Palewill & Gní xo)

The song was originally acoustic oriented and was composed by Paul D. aka ‘Palewill’. NIVAU added the instrumental part with all the melodies and beats in the background as well as the global structure. He then invited Nigerian-based rapper Joshua "Gní xo" to join the collab by putting his own touch into the song. Few lyrics had to be cut off to fit the tempo and the spirit of the whole project. Paul wanted a chill but punchy track, inspired by some of Charlie Puth works including trap and future bass elements. The song's current shape ended up mostly vocal, but it wasn't supposed to end up that way; instead, in the previous demos, an instrumental chorus with some of the melodies heard in the songs were to be released. Following the advices of Zoé "Zöwe", the vocalist from 'Gravity' (soon to be announced), NIVAU called Gní xo to complete the drop and then replace the instrumental part.
